VILREINATUR
The Vicente family has always been connected to nature and agriculture.
He knows like no one else the value of what the land gives. He produces entirely in the traditional way and points out that this region has a fabulous climate for vegetables, with heat and plenty of water.
VILREINATUR is a family-run business that was born in the village of Pisão Cimeiro, in the Geodesic Center of Portugal, in Vila de Rei, and is therefore part of the National Road 2 route. The company works daily in two areas, the Gardens and the Village Accommodation, which, separately or together, provide a more direct and genuine contact with nature, agriculture and local traditions, resulting in excellent Village Experiences.
Traditional agriculture is predominant at VILREINATUR. The connection with nature is something that the Vicente family greatly values. The quality of their products results from the use of old traditional methods, techniques and practices, which were taught to them by their ancestors. As a result of living with their grandparents, the Vicente family strives to make the right choice of traditional chemical-free cultivation processes, taking advantage of the best that the land gives them. The choice of seeds, the choice of soil, the need for water for each product and the use of natural fertilization are the processes used, as well as the use of ancient hand tools such as hoes, rakes, among others. We serve quality, we serve freshness and we serve flavor with the best that the land gives us! Ecotourism destinations in Portugal are increasingly gaining interest not only from Portuguese tourists, but also from tourists from other countries, and the Vicente family recognizes this trend.
